Who plays stronghold anymore other than pip farmers? I cant que into a game that’s not vs a 5 man premade. Loved the gamemode, but its being abused currently.

I can’t upvote this enough! Que times for upper tier diamonds are INSANE!!!!!! 45 minutes on average to get a match, WTF!!

We are literally forced to que with lower division players if we want to play at all. It’s like they want us to find another game to play…

I have now encountered this twice, and I get it; lower ques times are great. But its clearly abusing the system. How hard is it to get an account and lvl it to 20?

This needs to be addressed, if proleague teams are doing this just to get better que times, its also amounting to easy wins; as you can see. Its obviously abuse of the system.

What this also amounts to is, I can’t partner with anyone to make friends. Because now I’m almost guaranteed to que against one of these groups.

Stronghold goes to about 20 minutes and still counting by the time I just give up. At 15 now for conquest. Guess i need lower division friends to que with.

Ive been playing defensively on and off the treb with mixed results.

That’s right boys and girls! Hit diamond last night, getting my last three blips in stronghold. All but the 10 wins for 2 other classes was on druid. The competition in that last tier of ruby is brutal! So I decided to sidestep it and do what I do best, healin’ skritties!

My first match in diamond we lost 398-500, but got a blip, lol. The level of play in this division is amazing! I am very happy to que into games knowing how competent everyone is. It is surely going to force me to get better. Definitely no plans to push into legendary though, yikes!!!

EDIT: These que times are horrible though. 20 min for stronghold before I abandoned hope. Guess I need to find some friends to que with.

Hit Ruby this morning with my main Cele Druid. Mostly solo queing. I love the level of competition at this rank, though being able to lose tiers is gonna hurt!

Using Staff skill 3 in stronghold near the supplies area locks you in place after use. Only other skills that cause movement will let break free.

In stronghold just now I used staff skill 3 to rush to save my little skritties and after using it became locked in place. It happened TWICE!, in the area of the lane that is near the supply area.

Seems to be linked to the area i used it in, as it has not yet happen in other areas.

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a guild that is fairly large and focused on sPVP. Not interested in kids that don’t want to play the objectives and can only deathmatch.

Who am I? A fairly decent player that enjoys strategy and skill. I mostly play ranger and druid. Placed 3rd on lbs last season (not sure if this is good or bad, #farmboards, but I played a lot of games; so I’m not completely kittened)

After I rez in sPVP I am always still in combat and move slowly. This takes about 10 seconds to go away.

As the #3 ranked player in NA, I check it very frequently. From my experience it misses updating on the hour at least 40% of the time. Sometimes this compounds to the instances where it has not updated for 15 hours.

Leaderboards that don’t update. Srsly its been like 15 hours since that last update, what gives?

We could all, just stop pvping. I’ve taken a couple days off and it feels so good.

Let me expand, Anet should qualify the leaderboards as such:

The leaderboards are for players without jobs. To be in the top 25 you will need to play around 8 hours a day. This grind is how we judge players merit. We have made the season 8 weeks long to ensure only jobless players have a shot to obtain the meager rewards we have offered. Please don’t worry about skill, just que solo often and you will rank high! GL & HF!

Please don’t make me keep playing for another six weeks like this.
