It’s bugged, yes, but you can still complete the mission with mortars. The mortars don’t bug and work the same way as the tank does (hold the fire button down to make your shot go longer distances). If you hold the fire button long enough you can reach the giants.

The mission will end once you kill 6 Risen Giants. I seemed to be able to avoid the bug by only moving my tank turret in short bursts, if you hold a direction down too long it boots you from the tank.

I’ve had these issues for a while now, has anyone else experienced this?

The first screenshot is the bugged skill icon for Well of Corruption. The icon on the skill panel is different than the one it displays in my utility bar.

The second is the skill point on the map. When I hover my mouse over a skill point or other interactive NPC I see that. “E Earn a skill point.”

Also, letters in my mail sometimes are signed “A <NPC Name>” instead of like “- <NPC Name>”

It seems to be replacing standard characters with character map symbols. Anyone else experiencing this? I’ve tried repairing my game multiple times, and it seems to be getting worse with each patch. It used to only be my map that was bugged now its mail too.

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it my computer? Not sure whether to I should’ve posted this in tech support or here but here goes:

When I hover my mouse over a skill point icon, merchant, or scout in the minimap or world map, in the short hyphenated list of NPC functions under the name, those hyphens are instead E with a line over it. See the attached screenshots.

I also see it under monster names when I target them. Their abilities are seperated not by hyphens but by E’s with lines over them.

Is this an issue with my video card, or the game itself? Because the game does tell me I have hardware issues, but it tells me to update my video card driver to a laptop card driver which obviously won’t work with my card. So I’m kind of confused.
