Same thing happened to my wife when she tried to join me. She kept checking every so often until it dropped to high because some people had logged out, then it let her create a character on that specific server. Hope that helps.

So, I’m sure this has been asked before, but I really didn’t want to spend forever, trying to find the exact thread to answer my question, and any other posts I have found were from a couple months ago when the game was first released.

I just bought the game and want to join a server that I have a friend on (Blackgate), but when I am at my Initial Home World Select, I find that Blackgate is full.

Will the full status ever change to high? Or am I essentially locked out from playing on that server with my friend?
