I have got all problems you wrote above.
run msconfig —> run save mode with net. ---> that help me download game again, i can even “start play” in save mode becouse i got graffic card in my leatherboard. it was really slow ,but I just understand that problem is with my main accelerate graffic card, i was able to play another games like witcher III so card was working. So i just
removing amd drivers, restart PC few times, then instal some OLD ,but working drivers from radeon. I got radeon hd 7900series and windows 10 working on intel i5 64 bit,
now its working .. hope it is done.

I just love spvp. I play only this sort of game here.I can play altruistic healing bunker with Staff. 0 1 6 6 1 or variant 0 0 6 6 2. Warrior actually i can play shoutwar —> standard meta —> 0 0 4 6 4. I can play ham/bow or condi.
As power class i play mesmer {shater} with Staff or sword +pistol/torch and GS in second hand. Power necro → full zerg power or little changed.
Condi necro.
I got more then 5k games ranked. I play 10 month in HRS {same as GW1} team. In old leaderboard i was betwen 200-300 when we was playing in team. And 300 – 500 when i was playing solo in ranked TEAM arena. Solo arena i was useing to test new skills, etc.
EU --→ i play almost everyday at 21.00 -23. I am friendly man that want play with nice ppl. Post me in game if u want test me or somethink like that. I try record some games if u want. See You in game…

Arena want that: u have to play spvp to get some points not only win’s.
The top players was playing only 2 or 3 times in week for 5-8 games. Now they have to play more often. There is no points ,or glory when pre-made win against randoms.
It is not pervect, but better then first leatherboard.

i am multiple champion. My best char is necro got over 3k games , second is mesmer over 800 games {shatter}. I can play guard{bunker} war{….} ranger{ spirit, condi}
I just love spvp. Play only this sort of this game. Problem is i use to play every day but little bit later .like 21.00 to 23 or later … so see u maybe and good luck.

Necro is my best class. Got over 3k rated games. {condi or power}
Mesmer is second . 800 games usually kittener mesmer.
Warior …. hambow{out of meta little bit} tank or condi. Shout are best now.
Ranger …. spirit or condi
Guard …. altruistic bunker

War/Rang/Guard -each 500 games
Can play almost everyday 21-23 cet….
Just help me plz. :D ….
