The add on the what DinoDoll has said, or rather to correct it:

Arachnophobia (Bow) can be obtained from either 1.) Vendor for 150 Candy Corn or 6 Silver. These last 4 hours and cannot be transmuted. 2.) Crafted with 400 Huntsman. This requires you to discover the recipe, then use a combination of Halloween mats as well as usual crafting materials. It can be crafted any time of the year, however with Halloween mats being required, you’ll want to make sure you have them on hand.

At this time, I’ve been unable to find concrete information on how the bow is crafted.

This bow does NOT appear in Black Lion Chests.

Sorry guys, but these are extremely unique skins that SHOULD be difficult to obtain.

Once you have the recipes and the Halloween mats, you can take your time and get the rest, you do not HAVE to finish this by the end of the event.

Let’s all take a step back and breathe. The entire point of a video game is to play it. It’s not a “grind” for the item if you take your time and work on it during normal play. If you want it right away, of course you’ll have to grind. This is the nature of gaming.
