Would appear it’s not just you. Mine has crashed twice now. The first time, a simple restart fixed the problem and I was able to get back in. Now I just repeatedly get the same error code you are.
I’m not sure if I’m posting in the right place or not, but I’ve been trying to buy gems all day and I keep getting a message saying “An error has occurred! Please try again later.”
Just wondering if the gem store is down. It’s definitely not my card, I just used it to buy something else moments ago.
