I think it would be balanced if Rangers could have 3 pets at all times. It would make battles more interesting if we always had two options to choose from when we want to swap out our pet.
It would keep the issues pets have more manageable and would not make us more powerful, but more versatile. Versatility is what Ranger is all about.
The cooldown for pet swap could remain as is.
Let us pick a third pet to bring with us.
The ranger has some problems, especially with the pet. Dispite all the bugs, the ranger is great at 1 vs 1, good in small Groups, but does not contribute enough in larger groups.
Changing the behaviour of the pet would have an impact on spvp, and make the ranger potentially even stronger in 1 vs 1 if not done right.
To buy some time to fix this problem, a buff for larger groups, but not for smaller ones or solo would be ideal.
To make the pet more wanted and useful, the buff should involve the pet somehow

I Think it would fill all these criteria if the rangers pet would have a higher cap of targets it can buff.
It wouldn´t be op if it buffed 12 players at a time. It wouldn´t change the balance at all other than making the pet and the ranger more useful in larger groups.
