Hi,

I’m looking at two gear setups. The stat tradeoffs are fairly marginal, but I’m not sure which one is going to be the best in terms of min/maxing.

The items which are going to be consistent in both setups are:-

Berserkers greatsword
Healing/Vitality/Precision staff
Accessories are Emerald (Pow/Prec/Tough) with Ruby gems in the upgrade slot (Pow/Prec/Crit)
Back slot is the ‘Soldier’ stat rare guild vendor backpack slotted with a Ruby gem.

The items I’m looking to compare are below with the total stats with each set equipped.

Knights armor + 6/6 Soldier runes

Power – 1729
Prec – 1795
Toughness – 1931
Vitality – 1395
Attack – 2828
Crit chance 46%
Crit damage 57
Armor – 3142
HP – 15595

Soldier armor + 6/6 Lyssa runes

Power – 1820
Prec – 1729
Toughness – 1790
Vitality – 1454
Attack – 2920
Crit chance 43%
Crit damage 57
Armor – 3001
HP – 16185

By making the switch I lose:-

66 Precision
141 toughness/armor
3% crit chance

I gain:-

91 Power
59 Vitality
173 Attack
590 HP

Anyone have any thoughts on if this trade off is worth it? The gain/loss ratio on the HP/toughness is 4.2/1. I believe that anything over 3/1 makes the HP more valuable? If that’s correct then it comes down to 3% crit chance vs 173 attack power.

The spec I’m using is 0/10/30/30/0 AH/EM spec, and the build/gear is PvE/dungeon focused.
