The easiest way to fix the tier issue, especially among lower teams, and make WvW more dynamic is to half the number of tiers. Put 6 teams in each of 4 tiers, and have who you play switch around every week.
You get more variety in the teams you play, it keeps things fresh, and the teams in the lowest tiers have better opportunities to move up.
I’m just tired of being the same team playing the same two other teams! We’ve been green for weeks now, and I’m fortunate enough to be in SF so I can occasionally nab some world completion, but come on Anet! I’m ready to be another team so I can creep closer to my world completion goal.
