i may be wrong about posting this here and even thinking GW2 has a Invite/refer a friend but better to be stupid for a few seconds than be stupid forever (i think that’s how that phrase goes…?) anyhow, is there one as of the latest F2P update and if not, will there be one in the future?

You can not get access to a trial account for which you have lost the password. (You can find information on this in the KB accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below.) Your friend will need to make a new F2P account.

There may be some issue with creating said F2P accounts at this time. He/she can keep trying (make sure to use the official portal/website), or contact the CS Team for assistance.

^^^ yep as he said, best be would be to make a new F2P account. plus if it were a trial account and you did make it a while ago (best guess on last trial period was 6 weeks…ish… maybe???) it prolly is non existent by now. sorry m8’n good luck

i didnt read it, i though i would loose my full game because most games would go through and do that to the players. not due to a DLC, but if they changed the game from B2P → F2P. like WoW, i have a sneaking suspicion that they will end up going F2P (they’ve started in with the micro-transactions and you can buy a token thattle give you a month or something for gold) any whoozers thanks for the replies and the help, much appreciated.

Hello. i was wondering, if you bought GW2 before the F2P conversion do i still have the full version, or does the full version only apply to the HoT expansion?
