+1 for fixed by Sarah’s patch method.
Note: to start with I only had access to the gems store, but after restarting the game a few times the rest of the trading post came up too.

+1 for this solution. My base frame rate jumped from 25 to 60 by going from 256 to 1024 RAM. tyvm
