Hi,

Wouldn’t mind if you could help look into the ticket I raised (Incident: 120829-014249). I raised it on the 28th, and it’s a continuation of a earlier support ticket (Incident: 120823-002677) that was raised on the 23rd and closed abruptly, so it’s been over 2 weeks.

Apparently when I registered my pre-purchase key, two accounts were created – one the linked Guild Wars 1+2 account, and another Guild Wars 2 only account which should not have existed (this one has no proper display name). Even after registration of the actual retail CE code, this situation persists.

As a result, I’m unable to properly change my Guild Wars 1+2 email as the email seems to be registered to the phantom Guild Wars 2 account.

Please help to take a look at this. I’ve updated the support ticket with whatever relevant details necessary. One fortnight is rather long to be waiting for ANY reply that’s not from a template, so I would greatly appreciate it if you guys actually took a look at it.
