How do I change the language? :S
I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried the start menu fix but it didn’t work; the files aren’t read-only; I don’t have any third party things downloaded; i’ve deleted the BIN; i’ve moved the install to another location; it’s not being blocked by my firewall; and I tried -repair but that utility freezes at maybe 10%.
