I just crafted an ascended dagger on my warrior and was going to move it to my necro so she can use it, but after I crafted the dagger it became soulbound to my warrior. Warriors can’t use daggers, so there shouldn’t be a way for it to be soulbound to my character. Can someone change it to account bound please.

That is only for the person he targets first from far away from him. If you are close to him and someone was further away you only have to dodge once. He will chase the person far away but that is it.

I’m writing this because I’m tired of joining parties that want to range foreman spur down while not getting near him and it annoys me. This boss is the east when you just melee him to death. An guardian and warrior should have no problem going toe to toe with him, while other classes might need to step in and out of combat. I hope everyone reads this and takes my advice when they go against him.

The reason I want most of the party to melee him is because when he does his spin attack he doesn’t target anyone close to him. Let’s say you have 4 warriors using their greatsword on him and a Mesmer about 900 range away. Foreman spur will ALWAYS go for the furthest person away from him when he starts his spin attack. He will always travel in a straight line towards the furthest person away.

Think of Diablo 2 barbarian whirlwind if you want. You always had to click far away and then you would whirlwind and stop at the point where you clicked, but you always just went there. All you have to do is watch for his animation before he does his spin attack. He puts his hands in the air for a bit of time and then starts his spin attack. I hope this helps some people out when they want to go for him.

What I have yet to test is what happens when everyone is within melee range of him. I’m not sure if he still does his spin attack then, but having at least 1 person away makes this strategy work really well. I have completed the dungeon several times and have always used this method to kill him. It has worked every time and usually resulted in him dying faster than if we did range.
