He means, (I would hope), that he updated his original ticket to inquire about the status of his request.
If you have heard nothing, sans the near-immediate automated response, after 7 (seven) days, you can post your ticket number in the pertinent Sticky above.
You can also find Stickies pertaining to ‘Not Getting Our Emails’, etc.

You will need to contact support following the support link at the top of the page then the submit a request link located at the top right of that page.
