Confirmed to still be working on Ruins of Surmia. Just transfer there to grab it really quick if you need it for 100%.
Learn to target? Maybe you haven’t dealt with this on short range cones. I don’t know the ranges of the skills you mention. Sometimes there are two enemies that would both be in the cone if I could aim it between them but since it faces my target it will turn me so the center of the come is aimed toward one of them missing the other target completely. Most of my melee 1 abilities don’t do this and a lot of then have an AOE cone. I wish it was more consistent. Maybe make this a toggle in the options.
I could live with that.
Forceful Greatsword doesn’t give might for critical strikes with spears in my experience.
More on Sweet Vengeance, if the mob is a quest mob and doesn’t actually die (just becomes friendly) we still die. I don’t know how or if this should be fixed but it is annoying because you never know when the mob is going to be one of those mobs that can’t be killed (unless they’re duelist quests).
Skills like savage leap can be used without a target to leap the direction you are facing. If you have auto select target it will target a nearby enemy and jump to them when you probably didn’t want to. Auto target select shouldn’t work for certain skills like this so we don’t have to turn of auto select target to do things like leaping away.
I would prefer to use fast-cast ground targeting but it is inconvenient when I use improvised enviroment weapons or siege equipment because I don’t know the ranges for those abilities yet. It’d be nice if I could set fast casting for only certain abilities.

Certain skills automatically turn you toward your target. For single target skills that works fine unusally but for skills with AOE cones this is really frustrating. For example, the warrior greatsword 2, warrior sword F1, ranger shortbow 2, etc. They have a cone of damage and I wish there was an easier way to aim them. I get frustrated running into a well clumped pack of enemies and using my skill only to realize I had accidentally targeted a mob right behind me.
