I got past it today, dont know if they fixed it but after a couple of seconds i could kill him.

i just made my charr guardian and started playing the personal story. everything went smooth until i came to the story step rage suppression, here it started to bug a bit and at the end of it i can’t complete it because i am not able to damage rage steeltongue. anyone know if this is a bug? kinda curious and i want to finish the story
