It’s been one entire week since I’ve been permanently banned, I’ve submitted tickets about my account being compromised from several locations and still have not heard back i thought that maybe by now i would of heard some news but nothing can you please check my ticket.

I just was playing with my friends and i got kicked during the gameplay and now it comes up saying i broke a rule and my account is permanently deleted. i dont understand i never made contact with anyone in game other then my friend and have no clue about selling stuff for real life money. please explain i just want to keep playing my character

Today is the day i reached 6 days i’m slightly depressed at the moment with my ticket response but i understand game only been out for 2 weeks really, but id like to hope you could visit my ticket 120831-020684, i was permanently banned apparently for Gold selling. I realized i did not authenticate my account for a good 4 days so i may have been hacked during that time and some would of went on.
