Guild Wars 2

I got my quest to work on my 2nd try. After defeating the veteran abomination during the 2nd research group rescue in the cave, let the research crew settle down at their designated places before talking to the Asura (forgot what his name is).

This is may not be a legit solution but it worked for me.

This quest is still bugged for me as well. The researchers just refuse to move.

I got mine patched just now. What I did was load the gw2.exe file in the Guild Wars 2 folder within Program Files (x86) rather than loading it from the shortcut on Desktop.

Not sure if it’s just sheer coincidence or it’s a legit solution.

It’s been like this ever since servers went down for the 25th September patch (a few hours ago).

Tried patching it with firewalls off but to no avail.
