Guild Wars 2

Alright, trying a Guild out right now. I’ll be sure to post if it doesn’t turn out. Thank you, guys.

About me:
So, I’m a returning player, I’ve been around since the beta. I was a Guild leader for a few months, then life happened and I disbanded recently. I started having some free time, for the moment, and have become interested in the game again. In July I’ll be going to school full time, so when that happens I couldn’t promise to be on 24/7. I’m an easy-going type of person, but I have a hard time adjusting in social situations at times. (Not knowing people, and all that.) I’m friendly and am willing to help when I can. I’ve been gone a while, so I’m lost on any new things that may be around, and my memory is a little fuzzy on the game at this point. I have six level 80’s, and a level 39. All of my 80’s have their gear and weapons.

What I would like:
What I would really enjoy being in is a friendly place that is casual enough to allow me to not have extreme deadlines on when I have to be around. Kind of like a family atmosphere, (not family as in everyone is afraid of curse words, I don’t really mind it unless it’s mindless cursing.) tight knit, might be the correct words. But not to where anyone who is new is excluded, and not to be just a number. I’m kind of rooted in Dragonbrand, and don’t have the money for a million swaps.. But would be willing to guest and all that. So, drop me a message (in-game/here), tell me why your Guild may be right for me.

I saw a post about people recruiting to Dragonbrand, my homeland. I can honestly say I love Dragonbrand, name, people, etc. The people aren’t giant trollers, you can talk in map without being bashed.. Yeah. And it’s my Guild’s home. Let me sing you to song of my people~ ;p

You can’t move any of the upgrades, it’s all separate for different servers.

New Years Eve, hope whoever goes out partying stays safe and doesn’t do anything too crazy! It’s my birthday tomorrow… I hope everyone has a good time.

So many wonderful people come in to our lives all the time. I am thankful for each one of them, and I enjoy all the company. I always hope to find more amazing people on this Guild Wars journey. 50 Members, now.

Only way to do that is to set you into your own rank, or to give the rank you’re at the ability to change it.

My Guild started from the ground up, we’ve gotten upgrades as we go with no help from buying. If you want your Guild to be a nice place, don’t base it off people who just want the upgrades.. 38 members in mine now, never had to mention what we had. It takes time, but if you do it right you’ll draw in the right crowd.

There’s probably not much you can do, I swapped from GoM and had had a bank/emblem before I started my guild up and lost those things and the things in them. The most you can do is either get more members, or buy influence.

The only thing you can really do is just have people on the other server stay in your guild, you could do dungeons with them and talk to them, just not much else. On the other server you’d have to have more than one member to get enough points to get all your upgrades and what not, basically you’d just be an ‘international Guild’. If you put one of the people in a position to where they can que the upgrades then I guess it could work.

There’s no way to be set to the leader, but you can act as a leader for the Guild.

Dusk Warriors is a place for people of all playing styles, generally our members have families and jobs, so the times they are actively playing can be varied. But I’ve noticed many of them are on in evenings/afternoons EST time, we are casual and not bent on world domination, (haha) we have 18 members currently and we enjoy chatting, smacking monsters, and everything in between. We offer our members to get up groups for all aspects of the game, and our leaders are more than happy to go the extra mile to help you with whatever it is you need. Well, Dusk Warriors is a growing Guild, pretty casual. Our leaders and a lot of the people here are PvE Orientated, we offer our members the opportunity to get up groups to play all aspects of the game. We generally use RaidCall, (free, easy voice chat. Basically like vent.) I, myself, am EST, people seem to be more active in the afternoon and evenings, because of families and jobs. (most here at this moment are older.)
