The team is aware of it but we, the players, were not. I spent 250 gems changing my character’s hair color a second time because i thought i had accidentally made a mistake the first time.
I want an in-game refund.
Also this post is 28 days old but the issue still persists. I’d say that in this game of fashion wars 2, this issue is as big as any other major content bug would be and therefore should demand the equivalent attention.
