I’m posting on behalf of my brother. His account e-mail address got changed on Saturday, and he hasn’t been able to log in since. The hacker has been playing his character since then and has server transferred him too!

His incident report number is 120908-007954.
I find that the fact that it was so easy to change his e-mail address absolutely appauling! There isn’t even a confirmation e-mail to confirm the change just something saying “your e-mail address has been changed (hope this was you!)” ironic.
