I’ve gotten 2 keys as part of my story line and 2 while opening chests. I have almost 30 chests at this point. I’m beginning to think I’ll have to start another stack before I get a key that I don’t have to pay for. 
Is there a ratio of key drops per chest drops? If so, what is it?

I’m curious as to what were the “frightening festivities begin at noon, Pacific time (GMT -7), on October 19”? Has anyone seen anything yet? I’ve seen a lot of references to Oct 22, but if that’s the start date, why was a newsletter sent out that said Oct 19?
