Ok so I haven’t played GW2 since not long after it came out. Now I want to play it again since I built a new high end rig but it is not letting me log in. I keep getting:

“Guild Wars 2 has encountered an error”
“The account name or password you entered is invalid. Please check your information and try again.”
>option to recover account<
“Build: 21953”
“Error Code: 11:1001:2:1270”

I have recovered the account 4 times. The website lets me log in just fine, changed passwords, email authentication, the works. But no matter what I can’t log in through the patcher.
