Very similar to what I use in WvW for all-around PvE, roaming, and zerging.
I’ve traited and geared completely different but get around the same stats, except slightly less precision, slightly more armour, and a good bit more vitality.
30/20/20/0/0 with PVT gear of Melandru, zerker trinkets/weapons.
I rely considerably more on passive survivability than yours does, however, I have absolutely 0 active block/condition removal. Only a decent health pool and an “oh kitten” button (shield 5). It seems to work quite well as the high armour negates any power burst and the passive HP regen from 3 sources (!) keeps me alive during long engagements. My damage output is excellent from my experience, where the hammer’s autoattack alone tears most class builds apart. Swords Final Thrust works great if it crits, and I can chase with Sword 2 and Bull’s Charge.
Glad to see I’m not the only one who’s using this type of setup, I’m only mostly clueless when it comes to builds
