I hoped the patch would encourage variety, but it seems Strength are nothing more than the new Lyssa.

Phantasmal Haste doesn’t seem to be affecting Illusionary Mariner, Phantasmal Berserker, Phantasmal Swordsman, and Phantasmal Warden. Apparently, it’s been buggy for months now.

Just showing that you all are aware of the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings everyone.

My question is in regards to the Individual Chest with a guaranteed rare you receive after completing a boss event (ie. SB, FE, etc).

If I’m not mistaken, the latest major patch made it so that you could only receive one chest per boss, per account, each day. My level 67 Elementalist always get the chest, whereas my level 32 Engineer never gets it.

Is there some sort of level restriction, or am I completely mistaken about how the chest works?
