Hello Everyone,
So our Story in short: We (a friend (Ritia Quein.4216 )and I) tried to purchase the Gw2 Addon together (14.10) , in one order. We did this via PayPal, got our order confirmation via mail. After a few hours we received the information that our order has been rejected. After contacting the support team they told us our Transaction (the first one ever made towards Gw2) got marked as a risky transaction. Furthermore they told us we should try to buy one copy at a time a few days later, what we did.
This Time via GiroPay.
On the last saturday (17.10)we then purchased one copy at a time of the HoT ultimate Edition. We got our order confirmation and the codes with them. We redeemed them right away and everything was ok. We got our Ingame Items and Character slots, only the Gems needed some more time.
3 Days later we tried to log into our accounts and they were suspended. In Addition to that we got Emails with a Refund Information. We contacted the support right away, but the only thing they told us was that our bank had requested the refund, which is not possible because we payed with GiroPay. Furthermore we never requested the refund. in Addition to that we contacted our Bank and got writen confirmation that a refund was never requested AND that the money was transmitted to the reseller. We send those files to the Support but the only thing they told us was that their financial contractor checked the incident twice and that the decision is final.
So we payed the reseller, never requested a refund (which is not even possible via GiroPay) and got banned. The only answers we got till now are standard answers. And two totaly different reasons for that matter. One time someone requested a refund which we showed never happend, the second time it was repeated payment issues.

We now hope we can get some help over here. We were really excited about the HoT release and now we can’t even play anymore. Our Accounts are both 3 Years old and from the very beginning, so starting with a new account isn’t an option.
we are arware that because of the release of HoT their are many Tickets and that it may take time to solve our problem but we really want to go on playing
