Ticket # 120905-004000

I had a hacked account and gave the wrong serial code to resolve issue so my girfriends acount was switched to my email address. All relevant information is posted on the ticket. I have been down since sept 5th!!!!

I have been waiting for an update to my ticket reference number 120905-004000. I had a problem giving support the wrong serial code. When they restored my access they gave my girfriends account to me with my email address. I updated the ticket on monday the 10th right after I logged and realized my mistake. All releven information is supplied with my ticket. Please advise as to what I should do.
