that showed nothing new. maybe its because my ram is slow? is there any other possibility that could help fix this issue.

I am getting around 60 frames at best but it will drop to around 20 to 40 really fast. I am not sure if the game is configured wrong but its driving me mad. here are the specs of my computer.

I am getting around 40-55 fps throughout playing. I am not sure if its my connection but the game is running slower then it should. processor is i7 3770k along with 32gb of ram.
