Cele Rifle Engineer is not even OP at all. We’re a class with only one stun break most of the time and Necromancer and variants of Mesmer just run all over us. If Cele didn’t exist, Necromancer would be almost unbeatable and I’d be forced to play Static Discharge builds due to Necro being Condi + anti-Condi. Also, we only have 2-3 condi cleanse max per 20 seconds. How are we OP?

Would this rune set amplify a PU build in any way since PU can gain Aegis through Staff and cloaking? I would be using Harmonious Mantras + Mantra heal so I can gain the passive of (4) more often.
I’m currently looking into a sustain build that doesn’t sacrifice too much damage. I think Leeching/Hydromancy + Energy would be my best bet. I do like the high DPS options for my counterpart whom is also a Guardian. I mostly do WvW roaming, but I join the zerg at random times, then leave it, so I use the roaming build to transition easily.
What is a good Healing Power number to hit to get the most out of Selfless Daring without sacrificing lots of other potential stats?
I’m on a fence about which sigils work best for Guardian when it comes to PvP/WvW. Is Energy a necessary must somewhere for every build? Or does a combination of Air+Fire, Strength+Battle, or Air/Fire+Force out-do Energy oftenly? I plan on using Travelers Runes in my build because I hate relying on Staff or other party members.
