Another alternative is to keep an axe/warhorn in your secondary slot and swap to that when they start spinning. You can use warhorn #4 on them without fear of damage reflecting, then get out of range and wait for the animation to finish. Also less likely to gib yourself with axes if you can’t get out of range/get autoattack to turn of.
