Guild Wars 2

The game is declining and will continue to do so. The formula, which was fresh and exciting when it launched, is unfortunately not a formula for longevity unless you push out expansion packs like there’s no tomorrow. Guild Wars 2 is a fun ride, but it’s a short one.

Agree completely to the OP. I haven’t even made it to level 20 yet and I’m considering giving up for this very reason. I get that it’s an MMORPG, but if there’s nobody around to help out I should still be able to progress in this day and age, especially if the area isn’t even advertised as a group event.

And like someone else said, this game’s solo PvE is widely considered to be very easy by MMO standards. It’s a shame you are having so much trouble with it.

Can’t help but think anyone who says this hasn’t played very many modern MMORPGs…
