Guild Wars 2

I’ am from Italy…. I think that my provider is not the problem

i have downloaded the setup.exe file, but it don’t start the download of the game and it says “Connection error(s) detected. Retrying…”.
I checked the firewall, i runned it as administrator and my connection is perfect.
Can some1 help me ?
