Guild Wars 2

Hi all,

I like to start to create the legendary staff Nevermore, but I haven’t time to raid.
Can somebody confirm that only Fractals are needed to create it?
Also is it enough to do the Fractals lvl 1-5?
Or higher difficulty is required?

I know that I’ll work on it one,or two Years as casual player :-)
If raiding is necessary to complete it, then it’s a showstopper to me.
And I even don’t start to waste my time with it.

I’ll keep 30 in Defense and 30 in Discipline after Dec 10 patch.
As Stun Hammer Warrior The Burst Mastery and Cleansing Ire are mandatory for me.

I’m not sure, where I should spend my last 10 point when Unsuspecting Foe will be moved into Master Tree.

This question is for WWW Frontline Paintrain Stun Hammer Warrior, so please focus on this role only.
I’m using standard weapon set with Hammer and Sword/Horn
