I’m having partially the same issue. I can’t buy any gems. I haven’t tried different gem packs as I only wanted to go for the 8000 only.

I wish to know is it possible to purchase gems via black lion trading gem store if i station in Hong Kong. I have tried numerous of times to purchase gems through Paypal / credit card option but it seems it won’t let get through. An error message keeps popping up and keeps asking me to try again later. I am wondering is it probably the “postal code” field is causing the issue when asking for billing address. Since here in Hong Kong, we don’t have a postal code therefore we can’t really enter anything in the postal code field. hence we are forced to input some random characters in that box to let us proceed to next step.

I am wondering am I the only one having this issue. Please help !!
