i have never used the mobile authenticator on my account if thats whats being refered to, nor can i find the option to disable it which i assume is because ive never installed/used the app.
am i right?

I’m getting disconnects without an authenticator about every 20 minutes which leads me to believe it’s not an authentication issue. This is immediately after todays patch. I also noted that my valid connections in my account settings led to an error. when I tried to disconnect them. (https://account.guildwars2.com/account/security/)
