Guild Wars 2

My initial issue is one Gw1 account with an email I no longer use, my Gw2 account is with an email I use now. I wanted to merge the two on to my new email. But I couldn’t see how to do this. I tried to change the email in the old account, but had a password error, and I am wondering if the length difference between the old password and the new password length is the reason why.

I can log into the game, log into this forum, but can’t log into support. And asking a question doesn’t work because I can’t log into support. I was trying to resolve another log in issue, and apparently my account is locked now.

Umm, ok, how do get unstuck?

I’m in Scavenger’s Chasm

I was trying to collect the orrian energy orbs and got my character stuck in a tube. She won’t budge out of it, tried rolling etc, nothing works. It was a real pain to get this far only to get stuck.

Ahh, so I can’t max out that board? Rats, I was looking forward to that. Therefore, after 80, it’s just about scavenging?

Ok, I’ve logged in and out, tried it three times. And it seems my necro is stuck at 80 without being able to get more trait points. I’ve run the bar to the 245.000 three times and I’m not getting any more trait points. I sent a message to support and they just told me to post here. See attached.
