Guild Wars 2

I would encourage all of us to file a complaint with the BBB. The lack of a response other than an automated email is insufficient in addressing customer issues.

Guild Wars 2 is great game and people find creative ways to play with the features that are part of the game. We are banned because we do not fit their idea of the “model” player. I understand banning people who are offensive. But this is customer abuse.

Let me play the game that I paid for or refund my money. This is not acceptable.

Has anyone received help with their issue? Other than being told you are terminated.
