Guild Wars 2

I just saw that lol.. it’s messed up.

I’ve put the name in and hit delete, the deletion window goes away but the character stays, have tried closing the game then restarting it, that didn’t work, still stays there even have doing the deletion many times.

Is there any way to fix this?
