Bump – still need more!

Hi! We are looking for more members to become part of our core raid group! Please see the below information and message me in game (Stritterific.6042) should you met the requirements and are interested!

Who We Are

• [MnF] is a small guild (~20) that focuses on completing raids – SV, SP, and SotF – fast and efficiently. On average, we clear all 3 wings in 1 hour 45 minutes total which includes small breaks and party comp changes between bosses.
• Aside from clearing raids, we run our T4 fractals daily in less than 30 minutes and do Arah/Aetherpath & other dungeons fast when there is enough interest.
• As long as everyone plays their part, we are a pretty laidback guild looking for more competent players to play with.
• We raid primarily on Monday’s 1 hour after server reset (when daily chest pops) and run additional days for sales or when there is enough interest.

What We Expect

• Ability We expect you to have extensive knowledge of all 9 raid boss encounters as well as extensive class knowledge of the classes you main. We will teach you our strategies but we are not interested in teaching players new to raiding.
• Availability A schedule that permits you to raid with us every Monday at our raid time with few exceptions. A desire to sell raids with us or raid additional days for practice is highly sought after. We want those who will prioritize MnF raiding over other groups they may be a part of. Additionally, as new raids come out, we are only interested in members who can take the time to practice multiple days in a row until the wing is beaten.
• Practice Practice practice practice. It is imperative that our members practice outside of our Monday raid clears in order to improve their skill on bosses and on classes they do not main.
• Independence You are a self-sufficient and self-motivated player. This means that you take it upon yourself to learn meta builds, learn boss mechanics and how to overcome them, as well as do not need someone calling out cannons on Sabetha, corruption on Matthias, and other raid mechanics to excel at a boss encounter.
• Other Fractals/Dungeon knowledge is a plus.

What We Require
Because we are interested in keeping our guild small (1 core raid group with some substitutes), we have a tall order of requirements to ensure high quality in our players.

• Characters:
  3 Fully Ascended characters, 1 profession from each tier, equipped with the current raid meta builds w/ max food and utility – No exceptions. Expertise on profession understanding, role for each boss encounter, and how to adapt to new situations is implied.
  Tier 1:
  Mesmer or Magi/Cleric Druid
  Tier 2:
  PS Warrior (Physical or Condi, both preferred)
  Tier 3:
  Elementalist, Guardian, Thief, or Condi Ranger

• Masteries:
  All Forsaken Thicket, Full Gliding, Full Itzel

• Communications:
  Discord & mic required and gw2 efficiency for gear checking

• Repping:
  There are currently no rep requirements for the guild!

BOLT 1 WORKAROUND:

Unbugged Orrian Relic. To do so just get Nabbi killed. It can be hard because of the 3 golems that protect them but the golems do not respawn, so once you kill 1 it gets easier. There are about 6 or 7 enemies you can pull to the NPCs, just get the golems to defend more than 1 of the scholars. After Nabbi has died, rez her and she will sell you her items!
