friend has issues logging in using the mobile authenticator.

Whenever she enters her login info correctly, it asks her to authenticate and then it tells her that she has put it in incorrectly.

“Hey I’ve heard a lot of good things from friends about Gaile Gray, even from back in the days of GW1. That said I would greatly appreciate it if they were able to look into my current situation.
I’ve received a personally motivated permanent ban from an Arenanet staff member (name mentioned in my support tickets.) Chat logs can confirm that just 10 seconds after my conversation with him I was permanently banned. Thus far the support team has been completely unwilling to look into the matter as I receive nothing more than copy pasted blanket responses. This is a serious issue as I have never exploited dungeons for the purpose of selling (the supposed reasoning for my ban.) More details can be found in my support tickets, however my very first ticket was was made before I understood exactly who I was talking to prior to receiving my ban.

One response “The details that lead to the termination of the account were thoroughly reviewed by our team prior to taking action, and we maintain absolute confidence in our conclusion” makes me very frustrated as this ban was issued in all of 10 seconds and it’s clear this issue is being completely ignored. Please help me.
