As I wrote, first thing you should do after you enter WvW is to kill mobs to get as many as possible stacks on Bloodlust. It provides you with extra 250 power. And 3200+ power is far enough in my opinion
vs Conditions it’s good to use iDisenchanter I’m doing that of course instead of using trait to remove conditions, since pasive signet is better than 2 conditions remove.
And imo higher crit is better than few attack points;)

I would like to introduce you my new build I’ve made after 10-december’s patch came out. First of all sorry for my bad english, I’m keep lerning

Weapons – Valkyrie Greastword with 5% crit chance rune and Valkyrie Sword + Valkyrie Pistol with 5% crit chance rune and rune of bloodlust. We can switch Greatsword’s 5% crit chance rune for 50% endurance on swap, and it’s good to have another Pistol with endurance rune. After we’ll get full 25 stack we can switch to pistol with endurance.
Armor – Celestial, with Lyssa Runes.
Why Celestial? Because it’s very good armor type for Mesmer. We’ve got a lot useful stats on it.
Traits are simple: 20/20/0/10/20
Why?
20 in Domination – to get 15% more dmg from Phantasms, and reduce cooldown on our Greatsword (+50 power gratis). We’ve got also +200 power from traitline and 20% condition duration. It’s nice.
20 in Duelist – to get fury on our Phantasms from start, to incrase our Pistol range and ofcourse to reduce cooldown. Ofcourse 200 Precision and 20% Crit Dmg is good in that traitline.
10 in Inspiration – relatation for Phantasms, and incrased healt for them from trait. 100 Vitality is also very good We can switch for condition remove on heal trait, but we’re using signet, so it’s not that effective like with healing mantra.
20 in Illusion – 3% damage for each active illusion and Phantasmal Haste + traitline’s Illusion Celerity. It provide us with another 20% cooldown reduce on Phantasmal skills It provide us with 200 Condi Damage.
We’ve got:
15% more dmg for Phantasms
Fury on Phantasms
40% reduced cooldown on Phantaslam Berserker and Duelist
Phantasmal Haste for Duelist
30% incrased condition time and 340 Condition damage (good for Duelist)
Passive healing for active illusions/phantasms, passive damage buff for active illusions/phanatsm.
Statistics are very good. After we enter WvW we must get 25 stacks Bloodlust as fast as possible. So we can have stats like:
3200+ Attack
45% Crit Chance
100% Crit Damage
Still good survivablility with 2500+ Armor
Over 19k HP
340 Condition Damage
30% Condition Duration
Our tactic is simple – spam as many phantasms as possible and stay allive We can summon Duelist/Berserker every 12 sec, and Duelist is attackig faster with PH + apply Bleeding with good amount of damage.
