I purchased that game at the beginin of gw2 I havent got any problems before with this game.

I intsalled gw2 few times, reinstaled and it doen’t work, I have really clean system, but i dont use any registry cleaners

Yes, they are all. I don’t think that this would be a problem, because the game downloads ,but 30 MB in 1 hour and then it shows connection error and i have to relaunch it to download some few MB, and again.

Yes, everything i did as You said. My laptop haven’t ever had any problems with this game on high

Of course. I’ve tried uninstall my avg, i got perfect internet connection i all aspects, i tried google dns, i tried to run game in administration mode, i tried to uninstall game many times, i tried to check my system (viruses etc.), i tried to download game in other ISP, but nothing work

Dear Arena Net. I still can’t download the game. After 10 days of problems I still can’t play it. Do something, or give me back my money. It’s shame.

But i don’t want to use google dns…

Morning everyone. I can’t download game. The speed on download is about 10 kb/s or nothing – connection error, retrying… Everything works very good, i have full internet speed and perfect ping. My Av software is disabled, but nothing helps. I’ve admitted these problems form yesterday. Can anyone help?
P.S i’ve got very stable and clean system without wiruses or worms.
