Thank you for fixing this, I logged in this morning and the Troll reset when I walked out of the room and back in. I was finally able to get my Tier 1 Precursor completed.
The Giant Destroyer Troll at the end of the Only Zuhl jumping puzzle is bugged because he constantly has Determined on him making him immune to all damage so I am unable to receive Sector Zuhl Building Materials which is necessary to complete Tier 1 of the Incinerator. This bug is making it impossible to obtain the chest at the end since we cannot kill the troll.
I have the same problem whenever I am in a world event, WvW, PvP, During Fractals and Dungeons as well as randomly during open world content. I have no idea why the helmet disappears while the check box says it is still showing. Also when in the character selection screen the helmet doesn’t show up and it makes the helmet disappear and a blank image covers my char’s face ):
