Guild Wars 2

So for this achievement you have to find Dune Soarer in Dry Top, I have been sitting in there at times, and checking in on a daily basis no one has seen this event pop. How do you tie part of the legendary crafting to a random event that has a 1 in 5 chance of being the event to spawn when it spawns which is so random I am not sure it actually does spawn?

How do guilds gain there experience to gain guild levels?

anyone heard if they have a time frame in which this bug is going to be fixed
