The disconnects aren’t random.
There is currently a bug in the game, where a player can cause a map-wide crash for all players. I’ve already sent a bug report about it, and posting here to maybe get some more eyes on it (my smaller typo corrections usually get ignored; oh well, Wild Strike, maybe you’ll get corrected one of these days …).
I hope they’ll bring out a quick fix for this as soon as possible; imagine doing raids with some pug having the ability to reset every boss fight at any time. Very fun.
