Is there any sort of ranking system for sPvP tourneys?

Some sort of ELO system or other ranking system that matches teams together? Seems like the majority of games I play are huge mismatches. My team either gets stomped or we do very well…it isn’t like League of Legends, for example, where the vast majority of games felt relatively even.

As a member of a clan, we really enjoy playing the 5v5 tourneys more than the 8v8 fragfest matches, but it would be nice to be on a somewhat equal playing field from the beginning and have to strive to work our way up rather than having no rhyme or reason to it.

I’d love a way to 1v1 duel or just mess around with a friend.
It would also be nice if they had some sort of ELO or ranking ststem for sPVP tournys.
