Guild Wars 2

I have a simlar issue, i have just installed the game and am getting error code 11:1001:2:1524, i have never even played the game and it wont let me log on, have changed my password still did not help, i would really like to play this game, please can someone help.

Have the same problem tried changin my password still wil not run any advice??
