Empyreal Fragments as WvW Achievement reward

What you get depends on which achivement. Dokyaks and Guards give Empyreal fragments. You can also get dragonite, obsidian shards, badges of honor, luck, WXP, scrolls and tomes of knowledge, and greens.

All I know is I have about 2000 of the empryreal fragments. I don’t want anymore. The dam things drop on every camp and tower objective.

Umm, might want to check the chest before deleting it. Not all of them have empyreal fragments. The tooltip tells you what’s in it.

Hmmmm…well so far I have only received empyreal fragments. Lucky me I guess!

Now I guess I will be deleting WvW Achievement chests right off the bat and save me a step.

For the reasons mentioned here and the general wvw situation stated in other threads I actually stopped playing, just waiting for Camelot Unchained now (or some miracle that restores the fun).
I’m just curious how many other players did the same.

I haven’t quit yet only because I’m not paying a subscription and I’m still competitive. However, I will not be forced to run fractals or craft to remain competitive so the moment I notice I’m no longer competitive that’s when I stop playing.

I came to this game because it was marketed as focusing on skills and not gear/stats in terms of World PvP. I figured I had found my permanent MMO home and it started out great, however, since release we have had the following carrots added:

-Ascended trinkets, +160 stats
-Ascended backpiece, ??
-Guard Leech, +200 stats
-Applied Fortitude, +2500 hps
-Bloodlusts, a maximum of +900 stats
*Five pieces of ascended armor are in the works. Who knows what stats they will have.

Now individually they don’t mean much but cumulatively they make a substantial difference.

Please for the love of all that is holy….. stop with the dam carrots in WWW!

Can DB players please not even try to win this matchup? The near continuous skill lag is killing any enjoyment from the game. I log off as soon as my daily is complete because that is about all the torture I can stand.

I’m not even trying to win this matchup and I know many others are of the same frame of mind. I’m hoping to spread the word here so we can get far enough away from the top tier bandwagon servers and still have decent competition like we used to have.

Thank you for your support!

It’s definitely terrible and now that my server is matched up against the T1’s this week it is unplayable imho.

I had to stop playing for the first time because of the torturous lag and now have to consider transferring from the server I’ve been on since day one.

Really though all we can do is make sure posts like these are on the front page each and every day.

I’m not a happy customer at all!

There is a solution to skill lag

in WvW

Posted by: Sureshot.6725

Sureshot.6725

Nope. Do you know what WvW is about?

‘Server pride’, server attachment, many of us grew too attached to our server, as it was intended by the devs. If I transferred now, assuming it were free, all that would be lost. The whole point of playing would be lost. Your solution works for new players, not however for people who played for months already.

I have server pride with Dragonbrand but this latest matchup with Blackgate and SoR is making me rethink it.

I thought the T1 players were exaggerating the skill lag but they were not. The skill lag is nearly continuous and unplayable from my point of view.

I play this game for fun but playing under these conditions is taking the fun right out of the game. So while I have server pride and have been DB since release I’m going to have to consider transferring.

I can play through all the changes (nerfs etc.) but I draw the line at performance. They will not see another penny from me until the performance issues in WvW are addressed.

Crappy deal no matter how you cut and I’m not happy about it at all!

Laurels needed for WvW...really?

in WvW

Posted by: Sureshot.6725

Sureshot.6725

Im a solo roamer. Its a common role in WvW. I have 8 classes. I need 125 laruels to fully gear one character for WvW, using rings from FotM. That’s 1000 laurels needed. The problem isn’t that it takes a week to get the laurels. The problem is, if you do every daily and every monthly in a month you get 40 Laurels. Its going to take me a minimum of 25 months to get all these for my classes. And they are talking about adding Ascended armor this year…

OK… see that part I bolded up top? That’s where you’re screwing up and getting it totally wrong. You don’t need ascended gear for WvW. That is the great lie being propagated here.

You do not need ascended gear for WvW. If you think you do, odds are it’s not the gear that’s the problem.

I think what your saying is true for now as the ascended set is currently limited. However, they plan to add ascended armor and probably weapons as well. The cumulative effect of a future full set of ascended will indeed be substantial.

Thus if you do not wish to fall behind the power curve in the future you need to get ascended.

Does ANet ban cheaters/exploiters/hackers?

in WvW

Posted by: Sureshot.6725

Sureshot.6725

Keep having people report him.

He may not get immediately banned because ANet is monitoring his activity and client to datamine how to better detect and counter the hack code.

Sometimes you have to put up with a cheater for a bit for them to develop a solid counter action.

What he is doing isn’t destroying the economy, making him 100’s of gold or single handedly winning the weekly match. The impact is very annoying but nothing where they have to slap him down when it would be better served to observe and create a solid plan of action.

I started asking myself the question why wouldn’t they ban him given he is so obvious and blatant about it and I came to the same conclusion as what you state in your post. It is the only logical reason for him still being in the game.

If they are learning valuable insight on the cheat that can be applied to a countermeasure for the future then I’m all for him remaining in the game.

I have an update. Last night this same character was in the same area performing the same blatant teleport cheat.

However, this time chat was a buzz about him. Here is just a sample of the chat:

- That guy is still around?
- How do you report cheating I dont see an option
- It’s a waste of time to report

So yea the report system is not effective and ANet appears very lax about banning cheaters.

I’m going to look for him tonight and if he is still on doing his blatant cheats then I’m going to have seriously reconsider my commitment to the game. Gem purchases s are definitely out at this point.

Edit: I removed the answer because at this point it does not appear that ANet bans cheaters.

File a support ticket on the guy, under “violations.” It gets faster results:

https://en.support.guildwars2.com/

What they want to know:

*What time this happened/date
*The abuser’s account name
*Your server/the abuser’s server
*Details of the exploit
*What map it was in
*What toon you were on when you witnessed it

While Anet can’t tell you what they do to players when they investigate, this ticket creates a paper trail on that player’s account and is the better way to help them help you.

I did record the guys account name and I did report him under ‘scamming’ and ‘botting’.

I would prefer an in-game option to report ‘Suspicious Behavior’ or ‘Page a GM’ as found in other MMOs. If I could have paged a GM they could have observed this guy and determined cheating in under 5 minutes. I’ve done this in previous MMO’s and is far more effective than a paper trail.

My biggest concern is that this guy is still in game after several days have passed of my first observing it along with many other players. So something somewhere is obviously broken or not working well.

I don’t want word to get around on the cheater forums that you can get away with cheating in GW2 because:

A) The current in-game tools are not effective at allowing the legitimate gaming community to report cheating.

B) ANet is simply lax or slow about enforcement

C) Both of the above

As it stands right now this is the only instance I’ve encountered since release where cheating was obvious so I’m not overly concerned at the moment but the future….

I’m curious. How far exactly, did he teleport?

I don’t know the exact distance and it seemed to vary. The observed instances occurred on an enemy borderland map.

When actually fighting and trying to kill him he teleported far enough that he was out of line of sight. At this time I wasn’t sure he was teleporting and thought maybe he was stealthing or perhaps lag switching.

However, when I grouped with him I was able to observe that he was indeed teleporting vast distances by watching his blue dot on the map view.

Once I saw his blue dot teleport from the area directly outside of our starting area all the way to the far side of the closest keep close to the lake banks.

Another time from an area in front of this same keep to an area on the far side of the ruins again near the lake banks.

There seemed to be a pattern with the lake area that could be just coincidental or perhaps he chose it as the area less likely traveled and thus less likely to drop himself into more enemies. I’m inclined to believe the latter.

Edit: I also observed him teleport himself back into the area he teleported out of after he was back to full health and conditions cleansed of course.

Sounds like you had a premium opportunity to record or take lots of videos. You could have then sent those to Arena Net support (exploits@arenanet.com), and he would have probably been banned.

Maybe a lot of trouble to get a dude banned? Sure, but if the personal satisfaction of knowing he got banned isn’t enough then I don’t know

P.S. inviting enemy players is easily done through targeting them and typing /invite. Your credibility drops because you think this is a hack.

P.P.S. this thread will be locked in a bit.

Yea and that I assume is part of the problem. It is putting a lot of additional burden on the customer to maintain the integrity of their game.

Seems to me the burden should not be placed on the customer and we should have more efficient means for reporting cheaters.

I just worry that word is going to get around on those cheater forums that players are handicapped when it comes to reporting cheaters and GW2 becomes a cheaters paradise.

PS – I didn’t say the enemy group invite is a hack but rather an exploit of something not intended by ANet. I mean I assume they do not want enemy players to be able group up and see their dot locations on the map view right? Hell I’m not even sure if the teleport thing is a hack or an exploit. Could he have figured out how to exploit the legitimate teleporting that exists in-game or did he write code to alter the client or is it a hybrid of both? I don’t know but I do know it is unintended and a cheat.

I should probably be more clear and just label all of it as cheating. Exploiting is not the same thing as a hack but both are forms of cheating.

PSS – If this thread gets locked then I will have my answer as will any cheaters and hackers following this thread.

Sureshot.6725

I’m always skeptical about exploiting/hacking/cheating by players in this game but for the first time I encountered a definite cheater.

It was obvious to everyone chasing him that something unusual was happening and so I assumed after being reported he would be banned.

2 days later….I see this same Guardian still in game and using the same cheat.

At first I wasn’t sure if he was lag switching or using some stealth exploit to make his Guardian disappear. However, he made the mistake of inviting me to group using yet another exploit I assume since he is the enemy.

I accepted his invite and won’t go into details of the conversation but this did provide the opportunity to observe things that are only available to group members.

So for 10-15 minutes I watched his character status bar and noted his blue dot teleport great distances across the map (from within map view) whenever his health got low and/or had a lot of CC on him.

I love this game and have been playing since release but one thing that will drive me away is allowing obvious cheaters to continue to play the game.

Not only that but cheaters generally have their own forums and once a game gets a rep for poor enforcement it is open season on that game for more cheaters/griefers to join in.

So are cheaters banned?

Why doesn’t the Report Tool contain an obvious choice for reporting cheating as other games do? ( I ended up using ‘Scamming’ and ’Botting")

Why can’t we request a GM for in-game support? (It would have taken a GM less than 5 minutes of observation to determine he was obviously cheating)

This and the sooner the better.

That way all these wanna-be developers that trash the best thing to happen in an MMO in a long time can move along and infect the forums of those new MMOs with their constant negativity.

People whine in hopes that they will be listened too.

If you don’t like the whining then stop responding.

No ….most of us do get it.

We don’t want a whiney vocal minority of the community to ruin the game we love.

We bought ANets vision and not the vision of a few wanna-be developers that think they know what is best for the overall health and long-term success of the game.

If your whining gets listened to then expect me and others to whine about them having listened to you instead of staying true to their vision which is what I bought when I decided purchase the game.

I believe the issue with laurels is that WvW’ers feel like we should FINALLY be rewarded with Ascended items after being ignored for so long, and now that we have been, we have to wait ANOTHER 2-3 months to outfit ONE character for WvW.

On the other hand, PvE’ers have been running fractals, stashing laurels and globs away for such items for many months.

I already have four pieces of ascended and I only do WvW with some rare world PvE or Dragon Killing.

Keep in mind the new chests have a chance to drop ascended rings so it just got even easier.

Fractal runners definitely gear up faster and I once thought that was unfair and then I realized I geared up having fun in WvW. On the other hand, they geared up farming/grinding fractals and I realize it’s all good.

Only reason people are complaining is that it requires laurels, thus people are unable to login and fully stack on ascended gear.

Quite ironic the MMO community. They want progression and something to work towards to, but at the same time they all want it from the get go.

It’s amazing Anet even does anything for WvW’rs considering how toxic the WvW community is.

Personally love the update.

Keep in mind the majority of the WvW community loves the game and ANet.

It is only the forums where you find a toxic side to the community formed by a vocal minority of of wanna-be developers that think they represent the WvW community as a whole.

You can spot these players by finding phrases in their posts like ‘We want’, various insults to the ANet team and threats to leave and play another game. Unfortunately, they show up with each and every patch to whine the sky is falling or say “We” didn’t get what “We” want.

The beauty is that ANet stays true to their vision and continues to advance all elements of the game including WvW in a balanced manner that doesn’t increase the power curve too quickly or too much. This focus on the long term allows new players join in and casuals to have fun playing without any fear of falling way behind the power curve.

With the total lack of communication with Your community, about basically everything from the constant disconnects people are getting since the last patch, and no word from Anet…This thread reaching so many posts and not a word from Anet.
Do you care about your customers ?

Maybe it’s because 1170 posts represent 0.11% out of a million players.

Maybe it’s because they realize that out of the 1170 there isn’t consensus at all about the effects of the change. Some like it and some don’t.

Maybe it’s because they realize most players are actually taking the time to experience and properly evaluate the changes before claiming the sky is falling.

Maybe it’s because they are rational and patient and wan’t to look at actual data over time rather then the emotionally driven responses of forum warriors.

Maybe they realize it is waste of their valuable time to respond to knee jerk forum reactions until they actually have some data and have some time to evaluate that data so they can make a reasoned response.

I’ve yet to see anyone complain about the arrow cart changes in game and everyone still seems to be having a grand time.

Not saying that changes and tweaks to the ACs are not needed as they may be, but can we at least go one week and give them a fair chance before asking for changes.

Also it would be wise to drop the insults that ANet doesn’t care, doesn’t communicate, or is to dumb to understand their own game as that doesn’t help your case especially since it is coming from wanna-be developers that have never actually developed or created anything except posts on a forum.

Why should I feel bad? I’m on the winning server, and I feel quite happy. You, on the other hand, tries to say that DB is an Asian server in order to feel better from losing.

And actually, my statement isn’t false, all servers have more or less the same Asiatic population (you can check world population when you choose your character, if you haven’t noticed, and it varies, or at least it varied with timezones, and last time I checked all NA servers are at least very high populated during Oceanic/Asian prime time), and like I said, your Asiatic/Oceanic population are just more into PvE and/or other aspects of the game; which is clearly true.

Tell yourself that if it makes you feel better. Oh I already said that. Maybe you don’t understand english very well being from an Asian server. How many eggroll you?!

DB won reset night… so by your logic you guys lost to an asian server outside of their primetime hours?

Our asian brothers lock up the reset wins for us and expand the lead and I love them for that.

There was a time when we lost some of our biggest NA guilds because we lacked a strong oceanic presence so if you think any DB players are going to feel bad about having them on our side expect to be disappointed.

I feel nothing but pity for you but keep telling yourself we are an asian server if it makes you feel better.

Zergs and AoE: analysis & suggestions

in Suggestions

Posted by: Sureshot.6725

Sureshot.6725

There is a distinction between “zerging” and “stacking”. A true definition of a zerg in an MMO really doesn’t exist. Basically it means a large group of players of some random number.

The Op is correct in his analysis of why people roam in large groups a.k.a a zerg. Changing the AoE cap will not change human nature.

Stacking is a tactic used by a large group of players to maintain concentrated firepower/buffs/defense while achieving some level of protection against AoE attacks given the 5 target cap.

Removing the AoE cap would impact the stacking tactic but the cost would be strengthening all AoE attacks which are already extremely effective and unbalance the game.

The better solution would be to lift AoE cap on mechanics/skills that blow up or blow out the stacks while leaving the AoE cap for damage unchanged.

Daoc Vs Gw2

I played both. I did have a lot of fun with DAoC once I got past the horrid unbelievably long PvE grind but then they added an additional grind to the part I loved most which was RR with ranks. Thus I left for Shadowbane.

Overall I have had much more fun with GW2 than DAoC which is saying something because for its time I had a lot of fun in DAoC.

GW2 just removed so much of the tedious boring elements of most MMOs and you can just play and enjoy the game rather then feeling you are working at a second job.

I just see so many QQ ranger threads and it is upsetting to me. We are a good profession. Played one since headstart. It took awhile to get really good, but it was worth it.

I wouldn’t get too upset. It just purges the class of those that relied on the QZ crutch. Same thing is happening to some warrior/thief specs. I’ve never relied on QZ in any of my builds because it was obviously OP in so many aspects that I knew it would not remain as it was.

Last night was one of the best times I’ve had in WvW. Many huge epic fights that were mostly lag free.

The best was a battle for the hills garrison. The defenders wiped us on our first attempt with a valiant defense of the lord room. We rallied a second attempt and finally succeeded.

The battlefield is more fluid and less static resulting in a lot more fighting of other players than in the last few months. The new system for rendering and the removal of culling has significantly improved game play.

I for one hope it does not die down as I’m here for great epic fights. Any rewards or the score come in a very distant second.

Please don't make WvW abilities too strong

in WvW

Posted by: Sureshot.6725

Sureshot.6725

This is a fair request, but they also need to be strong enough to make players care about gaining them, and notice a difference in combat as a result of having them. One way to do this would be to make each level of an ability good enough to make a small but noticeable difference, but have each succeeding level cost more.

DAoC’s realm abilities worked this way. You could, for example, buy passive increases to Strength (or whatever stat), which gave +5 Strength (I don’t remember if the # was actually 5) at each level. At the maximum 5 levels, the +25 you then had was very significant, but the tradeoff was that the 5 levels cost you 1 point, then 3, then 7, then 10, then 14. So newer players could very quickly pick up the first 2 or 3 levels and narrow the gap, while players putting in many months of play were still getting rewarded for it (albeit much more slowly by that point).

My main worry is really the opposite of the OPs: that the WvW abilities will be either so weak or so quickly maxed out by everyone playing that you won’t even notice their benefits.

I left DAoC because of the RR grind and how overpowered it became in terms of its impact on player vs player.

I’m with OP on this one. It is preferable that we all compete with the skills we currently have without adding any additional stat advantages that effect player vs player.

From what I have seen ANet seems to be on the right track with the WvW abilities as they make the player more effective in certain roles for WvW without impacting player vs player combat.

Skill lag is gamebreaking.

in WvW

Posted by: Sureshot.6725

If you want to play WvW on the most populated servers then expect consequences (skill lag).

Like people quitting the game? What exactly is your point? To argue that we shouldn’t ask for something that they marketed the game as being able to do?

And this is actually a complaint over something they recently created. The lag delay on abilities used to happen every now and then, now it is always happening in all aspects of the game.

I play on tier 4 and don’t experience skill lag. That’s my point.

And how is that related to a tier exactly? The wvw tier doesn’t say anything about the total server population through all parts of the game.
I’m on a server that has seen almost every tier (all except the lowest 2), past few weeks we’ve climbed up to t5 again and since the patch I have craptons of skill lag in any part of the game, PvE, WvW and even sPvP matches that are a relatively small instanced area.
Prior to the patch I had skill lag on avg 1x per month in a 3-way fight over SM (incl. for several weeks after launch in T1, you know when the population was at its peak and our server had status “full” almost all the time) and never at all in PvE.

Must be some correlation as I play on Tier 3 and don’t experience skill lag except in an extremely large battles.

No one is forcing you to do the daily or monthly… it’s a choice, and to date its been pretty decent choices imo.

It’s a false choice if you want to have the best gear and the cumulative effect of ascended isn’t marginal. The gap will only get worse as they add more items.

If they really wanted to make it a choice they could have added rewards that do not effect combat stats.

Another option would be to provide 5 options for PvE, 5 options for PvP, and maybe a few introductory options for new players.

These solutions would provide real choices for players depending on what content they enjoy in the game. You can say it is a choice all day long but when you will find yourself at competitive disadvantage in a competitive game by opting out its not really a choice.

Yea I’m not that enthused either. I only have so much play time and my favorite aspect of the game is WvWvW and now I found myself drawn away from that aspect in order to get laurels for the best gear.

Quite frankly if they had not introduced the ascended gear grind I wouldn’t being doing these new dailies at all. Before this change I could complete dailies just by playing WvWvW. ANet claims ‘play the way you want’ but somehow I’m feeling compelled to play the way they want.

True choice would be 5 options for players that prefer PvE as well as 5 choices for those that prefer PvP and maybe a few game introduction options for new players. Players would then have true choice to mix and match as they please.

How about we give the system some time before rushing to judgement. Lets give the playerbase time to adapt and adjust. Maybe it will need to be tweaked.

However, imho it is clear their intention is to improve gameplay by spreading players out across the map so lets give it a chance.

I hate to use the term zerg because I have yet to see a proper definition for it outside of Starcraft.

In any case, I believe ANets hope was that very large groups of 40-50+ will break up into groups of less than twenty and target different objectives since they would not be flagged with swords. This would divide the very large “zergs” into different areas of the map.

Whether this happens or not is another question that will only be answered in time.

And you are not very good at reading.
I said it wouldn’t put significantly more drain on the server, not that there would be no extra calculations.

There is simply no way of knowing this without seeing their architecture. However it is pretty likely that there will be a noticeable performance price from upping the limit when the server is loaded. For example during a big SM attack, it is likely additional AoE targets will cause more lag and reach saturation much quicker. If the server isn’t being taxed already, you are correct it probably won’t have any effect.

I am sure they use some queue system for updating clients and the more damage going into that stack means more aggregation in the queue and more registers being hit on the server. As transactions per second increase server I/O pays a price likely in memory for buffering, CPU for calculating, disk for storing the data, etc.

I work in n-tier transactional systems using a proprietary network protocol that do thousands of transactions per second in near TB sized databases. CXPacket waits (CPU) in SQL are my current life.

it’s a disgrace that in a game you gave to pay for, the server infrastructure is such a pile of dung in the first place.

Not many games can process large scale real time warfare on this scale. There are a handful but most suffer from issues like these. It should be better but ultimately there are limits to hardware and resources.

Finally someone knowledgeable and realizes this isn’t just about networking.

You mean,
Like how you brought up Networking as a major argument against removing the Aoe Cap and how I said that the networking load isn’t as big as you imply?

Straegen made that argument.

My posts were all about server side load increases. Perhaps there is some confusion. Hell I didn’t even consider additional network load (which I agree would be nominal ) until you brought it up.

Sorry, but I ignored your qualified statement because it is based on faulty speculation.

To even contemplate that thousands of players across the server cluster requiring additional damage calculations would not place ‘significantly more drain’ on the cluster is laughable.

The game already has performance issues server side with regard to culling and you really want to place additional burden on the processing capacity….really??

I’m done with this conversation but feel free to continue beating a dead horse. I’m just glad I bought their game and not yours =)

However, I do know for a fact that removing the AoE cap will force the server cluster to process more damage calculations and cause a performance hit this game can ill afford.

I know for a fact that your knowledge of networking is not as much as you like to pretend it is. (See how annoying it is when people state “facts” that they have no way of proving?)

Some amount of more damage numbers is not going to put a significant amount more drain on a server than is already there (And let’s be clear, the server would only be sending the results of the calculations back. Bandwidth is unrelated to the speed in which the server can calculate damage, only to the speed in which the server can tell the client how much damage it calculated.)

LOL….you really don’t understand how an increase AoE caps will not result in more damage calculations server side?

The server still has to process additional damage calculations as well as send and process additional packets across the wire to the clients. You can’t get around basic math and their are no free rides.

Edit: I’m quite sure my knowledge of networking is superior to yours. I’m betting you don’t even know the difference between packet latency and bandwidth given your statement.

I’ll go turtle centric over aoe centric any day of the week and twice on Sunday especially if comes with a performance hit due to all the additional damage calculations that have to be processed server side.

I’m also not convinced removing the aoe cap will prevent turtling.

Removing the aoe cap would have zero effect on small group battles of 5 or less, and a very marginal effect on larger groups. (Obviously scaling up with the amount of people, but linearly so)

I don’t see how you don’t consider the game to be AoE Centric as it is now, people are still using AoEs in zergs, they’re just having 10+ people all stack their AoEs to bypass the 5-man limit.

And I have absolutely no idea how you’ve come to the inane conclusion that turtling is, in any way, a tactic to prefer over something else. And even less idea how you’ve concluded that removing the aoe cap would not discourage turtling (Since pretty much the entire reason Turtling was started was to abuse the 5-man aoe cap)

There are many advantages to turtling and AoE cap is just one of them which is why I’m not convinced removing the cap will solve turtling.

However, I do know for a fact that removing the AoE cap will force the server cluster to process more damage calculations and cause a performance hit this game can ill afford.

I also know for a fact that this would make the game even more AoE centric than it already is.

Removing it altogether would be a horrible move resulting in an AoE centric game. The good thing is I’m quite sure they are aware of this even if many players are not.

Oh and lets not forget the additional calculation load this would put on the server cluster.

So let me get this straight, increasing the group size from 5 to 25 to trigger swords will reduce zerging? Doesn’t this mean bigger groups can now move about and take keeps without triggering swords?

@Sureshot – that’s great. Vanish was the ONLY way WoW rogues could stealth mid-combat. GW2 thieves have this ability via multiple skills mid-combat every 12 seconds. Huge difference. Maybe you should get your facts straight as well. Vanish was mostly used as a escape mechanic, not an offensive mechanic. GW2 stealth is used for both offensive and defensive.

“If you are going to make an argument based on previous games you better at least know how they worked otherwise you just look silly.”

Your words:

Really? How do you think other games’ thiefs/rogues cope? They can’t stealth mid-combat and if they can, damage breaks it.

I pointed out this was wrong and with abilities I could do Vanish twice. I also used Vanish often as an attack. You used an absolute saying in other games “they can’t stealth mid-combat”. Your facts were wrong and I merely pointed that out.
