Ok Guys and Gals I got mine sorted out someone on the forums mentioned a vpn , all credits to that person so i went and got http://www.hotspotshield.com/ hotspotshield installed it let it run and started guildwars 2 it updated fine then I connected and disconnected and now my gw2 is working , hope this helps some of you
